CapeView Capital LLP, a leading investment management firm, chose Renovo to manage their office relocation from London Bridge to a new serviced office in Borough Market, Southwark. Our mission was to ensure a seamless and efficient move that met the client’s expectations and deadlines.

Renovo handled the logistics of moving CapeView’s furniture and equipment, while our IT partner, Charles Square, managed the decommissioning and re-commissioning of IT systems. Our team worked diligently to transport and set up every item precisely as required.

Sustainability was a key focus throughout the project. All packaging and materials used during the move were recycled, reinforcing our commitment to environmentally responsible practices. We utilised our 15-ton lorry to transport items from the client’s old office to the new location and to our storage facility. This approach minimised the number of trips, helping to cut costs for CapeView and reducing our environmental footprint.

A standout aspect of the project was our storage solution at our Rayleigh facility in Essex. Items that weren’t immediately needed were securely stored, documented with photographs, and tracked through our online inventory system. This not only helped maintain an organised workspace but also provided CapeView with easy access to their assets.

The move was completed on time and to CapeView’s complete satisfaction. Clear and consistent communication throughout the process ensured that CapeView was always informed and confident in our services.
