Project Description
Easyfairs contacted Renovo via our website to organise the move of an office from Covent Garden to their headoffice in Twickenham. Renovo were able to quickly visit site to take a full of brief of what was required, and to complete a full survey of the items moving along with the building we were working in. This was followed up with a costed proposal to cover all of elements of the move.
Services Provided
Renovo were appointed to carry out the relocation and crates and labels were delivered to allow the staff to pack ready for the move.
The Renovo team were briefed on the requirements of the move. The move was carried during normal hours, which meant that both the collection building and delivery address were fully operational during the move.
All personal and filing items/equipment was disconnected, moved by Renovo, carefully packed into purpose made crates, moved over and then delivered onto the destination desks. There was a number of furniture items that needed to move to the new office space.
Renovo removed from site redundant furniture and equipment, which were recycled and donated.
Challenges Overcome
Renovo were able to complete this move with only 3 days’ notice. We were able to survey and agree a price for the works in 1 day. As both the buildings were open during the move, it was important that the move team were mindful of staff working and worked quickly and efficiently.
As we were working in the West End we provided smaller vehicles so that we didn’t block the road outside the building.

Testimonial
“All I can say it how impressed I was with the amazing service we received. It was such a last minute job that, I think, some companies wouldn’t take on but Renovo handled it like professionals and got the job done very successfully. Nothing was damaged in the move, you were easily contactable if I had more information to share and you kept to all the time-frames that I set.” Lesley Carter – Office Co-ordinator
