Engine contacted Renovo to organise their office relocation, helping them move out of their existing office in Bermondsey, London to a new space also in Bermondsey. Renovo were able to visit site to take a full of brief of what was required, and to complete a full survey of the items moving along with the buildings we were working in. As Engine were relocating to a new serviced office space, the furniture from the existing office was now surplus and needed to be removed as part of the handover back to their Landlord.
Engine were taking identified furniture, which included cupboards, chairs and meeting room furniture to the new location. Also included in the move was all of their IT equipment, including desktops, filing and desk and pedestal contents.
Renovo were appointed to carry out the office relocation managing the moving of all furniture, equipment, desktop IT, and the provision of removal crates prior to the move to allow for staff to pack up in good time for the move. Renovo were also able to offer a substantial credit for the redundant furniture which ensured all was being re- used.

The relocation took place during the Covid – 19 lockdown. Renovo were able to utilise a safe working methodology which ensured compliance with Social Distancing recommendations. All of our staff were also checked for symptoms through temperature checks prior to working on site. Whilst working on site our staff also wore face masks and gloves to protect themselves and the client who was on site to oversee the works.
Engine were able to complete the move into their new premises on time, and also vacate their old building in time to handover to their landlord.
