Equal Experts required a relocation partner to support the move of staff, IT equipment and some of their furniture from their existing location in Brock Street, London to a new office in Euston Road. The move involved relocating 20 staff, desktop IT and servers, marketing materials, and personnel files. Renovo put together a proposal for the works.
Our account manager and moves supervisor attended a planning meeting to ensure that all preparations and planning was in place for the move and to offer advice to the client team. At this planning meeting we agreed on the final schedule. Renovo also met with the building management team for each location to conform timings, inductions and Risk and Method Statements.
Renovo were appointed to carry out the relocation and in doing so, agreed a program for the relocation which included timely provision of packing crates and labels for Equal Experts staff to pack up ready for the move. Equal Experts had donated a number of plants to UCL Hospital, so we agreed to add this element to our relocation schedule.
All the desktop IT equipment was disconnected, moved by Renovo, carefully packed into purpose made crates, moved over and then delivered onto the destination desks.
Renovo were able to ensure that we were committed to make the move as smooth as possible and spent a lot of time with the client to ensure that we fully understood their requirements.
Due to additional build works taking place at the new office, the Renovo team wanted to ensure that all works were completed and that the staff were not impacted by these works.
All works were completed on time and to budget.
