Project Description

Installation of new front of house main showroom furniture.

Scope of works

The installation of all new sales desks both used and new car sales plus service reception areas. A new hospitality suite, including new reception and welcome back wall with a set of JCW lighting and two highlight frames plus pendant hanging ceiling lights over each sales desk position.

This was a working site, we tried to minimise disruption to the client with careful planning; we assisted in the removal of the existing furniture and swapped out to the new desks 2 at a time to ensure the business could still operate.

We were challenged with some extreme height issues during the installation – the initial plan had been to install the fixing points for the two highlight frames in the roof space void above the ceiling grid. However this wasn’t going to be possible in the short install time we had, nor with it being a working site, therefore discussions were held with the clients Project Manager and a decision was made to relocate the fixing points to a new position to ensure we could fulfill the installation on site.
