Renovo was appointed to manage a multi-site relocation for Newmark across several London addresses. The project required detailed planning, and the secure handling of sensitive materials. Our team coordinated every stage of the process to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency for the client.

Scope and Services

Renovo delivered a comprehensive relocation service tailored to Newmark’s requirements:

  • Planning and Scheduling: Furniture was dismantled the day before the move to enable a smooth start the following morning.
  • Cost Management: All work was completed within standard hours to avoid overtime charges and maintain budget control.
  • Secure File Disposal: Approximately 200 linear metres of sensitive documents were packed and shredded, with full certification provided to meet compliance standards.
  • IT Decommissioning: Equipment was professionally disconnected and prepared for charitable donation, supporting sustainability objectives.
  • Community Support: The client selected items for donation to local schools and after-school projects. Redundant furniture was assessed for resale, reducing waste and lowering overall costs.

Full lift access at each site allowed heavy items to be moved safely and efficiently. Additional weekend works included cleaning, picture hanging, and clearing surplus furniture from the basement at 6 Tokenhouse Yard. Recycling was maximised, and WEEE disposal was arranged for IT components.

The relocation involved multiple runs, including deliveries to Kings Cross and three drop-offs at Renovo’s Essex warehouse. A dedicated team of fitters and delivery staff ensured every item was handled with care.
