Project Description

Studio 71 UK contacted Renovo to organise the move of their existing office from Soho Square, London to a new space at Hewett Street, London. Renovo were able to visit site to take a full of brief of what was required, and to complete a full survey of the items moving along with the building we were working in.  This was followed up with a costed proposal to cover all of elements of the move.

Studio 71 UK were taking all of their existing furniture which included approximately 40 bench style workstations, task chairs, meeting room furniture, and storage. Also included in the move was various technical recording equipment.

Services Provided

Renovo were appointed to carry out the relocation of all furniture, equipment, desktop IT, and the provision of removal crates prior to the move to allow for staff to pack up in good time for the move.

Challenges Overcome

The relocation took place during normal working hours, and both the exit building and destination buildings are multi tenanted which meant that our move team needed to be mindful of other staff and workers using the shared access to both buildings. It was also important to Studio 71 that the recording equipment was moved into the new space early as their production team needed it to support their own works the next day.
