Your dedicated Project Manager will act as the orchestrator for the whole installation project, minimising any fuss or disruption for our clients.
Tasks include:
- Working with the client to devise the initial schedule
- Attending site meetings with key stakeholders
- Producing risk assessments, method statements and programme of works
- Co-ordinating the logistics of all suppliers
- Managing the installation crew whilst on site – ensuring each trade element is delivered on schedule
- Controlling the snagging review of every furniture item/ workstation area
- The final walk round and handover with the client
However our relationship doesn’t have to end there. We support our clients with their day 2 and business as usual requirements. That may take the form of a simple framework for supporting moves and configurations, or it could involve a more complex stock management system
