This year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give To Gain, recognises how progress is often shaped by shared experience, steady support and the confidence that comes from people helping one another move forward. These small and consistent moments of learning and encouragement make a meaningful difference to how women grow and feel supported at work.

Across Renovo, women at every stage of their careers contribute to the way we work, think and support our clients. Their influence shapes the experience we create for the people we work with and for one another.

Renovo champions an environment where women feel confident sharing their ideas, stories and challenges. Being open to feedback and welcoming change is an important part of how we learn from one another and keep moving forward together. This openness helps us create a culture where women can grow, lead and take opportunities in ways that feel genuine and comfortable.

We guided by co‑owner Emma Boreham, whose leadership helps ensure our policies remain respectful of women’s experiences at work. This includes support around additional needs such as menopause, as well as encouraging practices that promote fairness, understanding and clarity for everyone. International Women’s Day is a reminder of why these conversations matter and why continuing to build supportive, inclusive environments is important.

Give To Gain reflects the idea that progress is something created collectively, through moments of shared knowledge, encouragement and thoughtful change.
