No matter the size or scale of your project we will assign a dedicated project manager to first assess your requirements, carry out any relevant surveys and produce a comprehensive programme of works along with a detailed budget.

We can manage on-site activity to ensure quality and consistency, confirm risk assessments are carried out and compliance with building regulations and health and safety is adhered to, liaise with all suppliers and craftsmen to make sure ensure your new space is delivered on time, on budget and exceeds your expectations.

From day one your Project Manager will:

  • Manage the budget
  • Manage the implementation of the project including all permits and any on site inductions
  • Source materials and furniture and manage the subsequent supply chain
  • Oversee all Health and Safety elements, ensuring the project operates within its legal requirements
