Gloster MEP

Project Description

Gloster MEP, initially contacted Renovo to help with their forth coming relocation from their existing premises to a new location.  However due to a fire within the building they were occupying the requirement changed along with the initial plans.

Renovo were then asked to assist with a move of staff to a temporary space, with the furniture being collected for storage.

We were also able to put forward Showcase Interiors who assisted Gloster MEP in selecting and procuring new furniture for the new space.

Services Provided

Renovo were appointed to carry out the move of IT and crates to the temporary space, storage of the items that were to be retained for the new space, delivery and installation of the new products, and subsequent redelivery and set up of the IT, servers and crates from storage and the temporary office.

Challenges Overcome

We were able to react really quickly to Gloster MEP’s plans, particularly when their existing building had been condemned due to the fire, and a temporary space had been found.

As these works took place during the lockdown, it was imperative that the operatives adhered to social distancing, wore appropriate PPE, and held an on- site register for daily temperature checks.

This was a challenging project, that needed to be re- programmed and re- worked in order to adapt to the restrictions around the COVID-19 pandemic. I know that working with the client to achieve a successful outcome, was particularly rewarding.

Testimonial

I can highly recommend the Renovo team, prompt efficient service with no task to small or too large. The team worked hard to complete several time constricted moves for us, all of this during a pandemic, adhering to strict social guidelines. Prompt, professional, reliable service. Thanks Renovo we could not have done it without you.
