The internal relocation of the SFO was carried out in three phases under the control of the Canadian Embassy, as such the security measures and procedures Renovo went through to meet the requirements put forward by the Embassy. In total having to relocate around 500 people internally along with the furniture being reconfigured.
Renovo provided full project management and the resources to carry out the required works with producing a full resource schedule for each phase , a full schedule of works for each phase detailing furniture, personnel, IT and crate quantities.
The Installation included the re-location of around 500 Steelcase desks, 200 Storage and Locker Units, tables and Whiteboards. Renovo had a schedule of 4 weeks to complete three floors.
All deliveries to site were allowed by the TFL after Renovo provided detailed schedules meeting each time scale available.
