Engage PSG required a relocation partner to support the move of staff, IT equipment and some of their furniture from their existing location in Dufferin Street, London to a new office in Wimpole Street. The move involved relocating 15 staff, desktop IT and servers, marketing materials, and personnel files. Renovo put together a proposal for the works along with options to support the clearance of furniture from their legacy building.
Our account manager attended a planning meeting to ensure that all preparations and planning was in place for the move and to offer advice to the client team. At this planning meeting we agreed on the final schedule.
Renovo were appointed to carry out the relocation and in doing so, agreed a program for the relocation which included timely provision of packing crates and labels for Engage PSG staff to pack up ready for the move.
The Renovo team were briefed on the requirements of the move. The move was carried out during normal working hours as staff were asked to work from home.
All the desktop IT equipment was disconnected, moved by Renovo, carefully packed into purpose made crates, moved over and then delivered onto the destination desks.
Following the move, Renovo’s team then returned to the collection address to remove the redundant furniture to allow for Engage to handover the space to the Landlord.
Renovo were able to ensure that we were committed to make the move as smooth as possible and spent a lot of time with the client to ensure that we fully understood their requirements.
As we were carrying out the move during normal office hours our crews were mindful of other tenants who were also working at both the collection and delivery addresses.
Due to the tight schedule around the handover of the legacy space, our team returned after the move was completed to clear the furniture on the same day.
All works were completed on time and to budget.
