Your dedicated Project Manager will act as the orchestrator for the whole installation project, minimising any fuss or disruption for our clients.

Tasks include:

  • Working with the client to devise the initial schedule
  • Attending site meetings with key stakeholders
  • Producing risk assessments, method statements and programme of works
  • Co-ordinating the logistics of all suppliers
  • Managing the installation crew whilst on site – ensuring each trade element is delivered on schedule
  • Controlling the snagging review of every furniture item/ workstation area
  • The final walk round and handover with the client

However our relationship doesn’t have to end there. We support our clients with their day 2 and business as usual requirements. That may take the form of a simple framework for supporting moves and configurations, or it could involve a more complex stock management system

However our relationship doesn’t have to end there, we support our clients day 2 and business as usual requirements. Multinational Professional Services Company – Becket House

  • 12 Floors
  • Furniture on executive floors were removed and either disposed of or recycled.
  • Chairs and tables removed off floor and made ready for new client to inspect
  • Cleared: 400 executive workstations removed and recycled or disposed of,  600 chairs removed from site to storage and 300 soft items  and tables removed to storage
  • All floors has to be completed in 2 weeks including removal of old furniture
  • All removals from site to our storage facility
  • Total of  50 x 18t vehicles  to remove furniture to store and recycling centre
  • Labour resource: 2,750  man hours on site (12 -14  men over 14 days / evenings)

Multinational Professional Services Company – More London

  • 120 Herman Miller 120 Degree Workstations removed to our storage facility
  • Disposal of 10 various size storage units
  • 160 KI + 100 Herman Miller Abach workstations installed with screens / monitor arms /computer screens.
    Installed 100 storage / locked units
  • Installed 150 pieces of soft furniture
  • 120 screens refurbished per floor.
  • Schedule: 16 floors to be completed in2 years, 6 week fit out programme with 4 day removal and 9 day installation
  • Deliveries / removals to / from site:  total of  40 x 7.5t vehicles and removal of all furniture back to warehouse or recycled 20 x 7.5 tonnes
  • Labour resource: approx. x 1500 hours on site (12-14 men over 16 days)

VW Brunswick Court

  • Approx. 1200 individual items of furniture installed over 2 Floors including break our / desking / café / meeting areas / canteen furniture and 1 Single item weighing over 500 kilos for the first floor!
  • Schedule: 2 floors to be completed in 9 days
  • Deliveries to site: total of 4 Articulated vehicles  and 7 x  7.5 ton vehicles and day hire of telehandler for Stone Table
  • Labour Resource:530 Man Hours on site ( 8 men over 9 days)

Porsche Swindon

  • Installation of 35 Isaria Workstations including storage units, 700 individual items of furniture
  • Installation of bespoke reception + Carrera Coffee Bar + Customer Lounge
  • Over 32 shipping crates
  • Canteen furniture
  • Installation of a large boardroom Table with one piece base
  • Schedule: 2 floors to be completed in 1 week
  • Deliveries to site: total of 4 Articulated vehicles  4 x  7.5 ton vehicles
  • Labour Resource:300 Man Hours on site ( 8 men over 5 days)

Mazda Headquarters

  • Installation of 120 sedus desks, Orangebox meeting room tables, Vitra, Boss, Arper and seating pods and storage units
  • Schedule: 2 floors to completed  7 days
  • Deliveries to site: total of 4 articulated vehicles, 5 x  18t vehicles and 8 Lutons
  • Labour resource: approx 500 Man Hours on site ( 8-10 men over 7 days)

Nomura

  • 500,000 sq ft European headquarter building over 14 floors
  • Furniture installed for 6,800 staff
  • As with all projects an extremely detailed snagging review was done at Nomura with a full and detailed report given to the client on completion

VW Financial Services

  • Newly built VW Financial Services offices at a new site in Milton Keynes
  • Built and installed 630 workstations, 220 sit stand desks, 400 locker units and 800 soft furniture, tables and whiteboards
  • 4 floors were completed in 4 weeks, which was 3,250 Man Hours on site ( 12-14 men over 25 days)

Balfour Beatty (London Victoria)

  • Installation of 200 new workstations including pedestals, chairs and storage units
  • Reconfiguration of 500 existing workstations across 7 floors over 5 phases
  • Internal and external relocation of 700 staff with IT equipment and filing from various premises around London amalgamating into one central head office location in Victoria

Serious Fraud Office

  • Internal relocation of the existing furniture over 5 floors including all desks, chairs and storage
  • Relocation of 500 staff including IT equipment, crates and filing between floors
